If you are wondering whether our method is the best fit for you, here are some things to keep in mind:



​We do not offer quick solutions based on traditional sleep training methods.
We will consider your whole family dynamics and values to create a personalized plan.

We do not simply correct a specific behavior—we investigate the root cause so we can solve and prevent the problem at its source.
Our method, if implemented correctly, can bring improvements quickly. But long-lasting results require consistency and attention to all variables.
This is teamwork—you must be willing to implement the changes and remain consistent.
If we believe there are conditions that require medical or specialized attention, we will be referring you to the appropriate professional before starting.
Step 1 - Signing up + Questionnaire
We ask that you complete a detailed questionnaire at signing up (at least 24 hours before your appointment). This allows us enough time to study your case and make the most of our first meeting.
Step 2 - Initial consultation
During our virtual appointment, we will learn more about your challenges, provide guidance, and explain how our ongoing coaching works.
Step 3 - Personalized Plan
After gathering all the details about your family dynamics, values, and environment, we will provide you with a personalized starting plan that includes improvements in the following areas:

Your environment

Parents’ sleep and well-being

Your family's routine and daily structure

Feedings and nutrition
-
Organizing naps and bedtime, and staying consistent

Extra educational resources
Step 4 - Tracking Progress
Your homework will be to implement the changes and track your baby’s schedule daily until our next appointment, using the template we provide. The tracker will be sent back to us, reviewed, and addressed during our weekly follow-up.

It is very important that you take the time to complete the schedule tracker. They will help you learn more about your baby, notice patterns you may not have seen before, and make necessary adjustments.
Step 5 - Weekly follow-ups*
With the weekly coaching plan, you’ll have continuous, personalized support. Each week you will share any challenges or wins, and we’ll review your progress together to make tailored adjustments and keep your family on track. You can also email us anytime at sonosleepsolutions@gmail.com with any questions and we'll be answering within 48 business hours.

Cancelation
Whether you’ve achieved your goals or decide to pause coaching, you may cancel your plan anytime through your online account. Your current week’s payment will remain active until the end of the billing period.​
