Service Description

🌙 Sleep Coaching Membership — Ongoing Support for Lasting Change . One 50-minute session per week + ongoing guidance . This membership is designed for parents who want consistent, hands-on support through every stage of their baby’s sleep and emotional development. Each week, we meet for a 50-minute session to review progress, nurture healthy emotional growth based on secure attachment, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your routine as your baby grows and develops new sleep needs. . What’s included: - 1× 50-minute private session each week (virtual) - Personalized guidance and sleep plan updates as your baby’s needs change - Access to sleep tracking tools and progress reviews - Extra educational resources - Email support between sessions for quick questions or reassurance - Gentle, evidence-based methods — no “cry it out” required . This ongoing approach helps you stay confident and adaptable through regressions, milestones, travel, or routine changes. Think of it as a partnership — you bring your baby, I bring the strategy and experience, and together we keep improving week after week.


Cancellation Policy

- Payments are processed weekly on a recurring basis at the start of each billing week. - All sales are final. Because preparation begins immediately, no refunds are available for completed or current billing periods. - You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. - Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Missed sessions or no-shows are considered completed and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. - Sessions must be used within the paid week and cannot be carried over. - Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shorter session. - By enrolling, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to these terms and understand that all services follow a gentle, family-centered, and non–sleep-training approach. . All sleep recommendations provided are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment when needed. . The Client agrees to consult with their pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider before implementing any changes that may affect the child’s overall health. . By following this plan, the Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their child’s well-being and safety. The Coach shall not be held liable for any injuries, outcomes, or damages that may result from following—or choosing not to follow—these recommendations.
